Private bestill sessions

Focusing on personal wellbeing has never been more important than in today's environment. NICE guidelines now recommend that employers make mindfulness available to employees to support mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Research has shown that through mindfulness training, people can proactively manage their state of mind with benefits being

At bestill we offer a range of packages that can be delivered both in person and online. Our sessions use an array of physical, mental and self practice tools to teach and guide people in a range of mindfulness activities that can be utilised and practiced by the individual on a daily basis.

What do we offer?

We want to work with you to create a programme that will help your community, workplace and colleagues. Each be still package is bespoke and planned in discussion with the client's wishes.

 

Sessions work well as part of away days, wellbeing support packages and online access for individual use.

 

Sessions can range from as little as an hour to a whole day event.
