Our well - being days are an opportunity for you to spend some time for you. Each session has a different focus on Yoga, mindfulness and complementary therapy. You will leave feeling refreshed, calm and equipped with tools and ideas for you to take away to follow your own personal journey to improved health and wellbeing.
Yoga
Each day will include a Yoga practice that is suitable for all ages, abilities and experience. The focus will always be on working with your body to either begin or continue to develop a practice that will help you to grow.
Mindfulness
In our mindfulness sessions we explore what mindfulness is and its benefits. Each session offers a different approach with the aim of guiding you through a practice that you can use in everyday life.
Complementary Therpay
There's a world of therapies available to you, reiki, massage, aromatherapy to name a few!. Each session will give you the opportunity to explore a different technique in a group setting. Our aim is to introduce you to use these tools in your own well-being journey.
